I’m Nadine.
I am a certified, trauma-sensitive coach and facilitator. My work combines a unique blend of therapeutic modalities, all grounded in one core principle: radical compassion. My goal is to help you cultivate deep compassion for all that you are and all that you have experienced. Together, we can begin the journey of transforming shame, feelings of “too much,” and “not enough” into unshakeable trust—both within yourself and in the world around you.
I take a non-pathologizing approach, which basically means I don’t think there’s anything “wrong” with you. Even if you feel stuck or think something’s wrong, I believe your system is doing exactly what it’s supposed to do to help you survive, though it might need some support, an update, or a new way of looking at things. You already have the wisdom, curiosity, and compassion inside you to grow and change your life. My job is just to help you tap into that strength you already have.
In my practice, I’m deeply aware of how colonialism and capitalism shape our experiences and wellbeing. I believe that many challenges we face aren’t simply just personal issues—they’re often connected to larger oppressive systems. My work honors these human experiences by creating space to recognize and gently resist those systems, supporting us in rewriting our story.
