You are not broken, and you don’t need to be fixed.
Guidance for neurodivergent and queer folks.
I’m Nadine - Deane
I am a certified, trauma-sensitive practitioner and facilitator based in Berlin. My work is not born out of textbooks alone, but out of my own experience navigating the world as a non-binary, AuDHD person. I know what it’s like to navigate a world that doesn’t always make space for how your brain or your body works. My practice is a reflection of everything I’ve learned about survival, adaptation, and finding a way to live that actually fits.
I don’t believe there is anything "broken" that needs to be fixed. I see the things we struggle with: the anxiety, the labels, or the feeling that we are somehow "off", as the ways we’ve learned to cope with a world that can be overwhelming and judgmental. In our sessions, I am not here to be the expert who tells you what to do. I’m here as a partner to walk alongside you.
My approach combines Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatics and Nervous System Awareness. Together, we get to know the parts of you that feel "too much" or the parts that keep you stuck, and we begin to understand how they’ve actually been trying to help you all along.
By bringing awareness to the body and the nervous system, we can listen to what your system is telling us and find ways to regulate and settle that feel safe for you. I believe you are so much more than your struggles or your diagnoses. My goal is to help you build a sense of trust within yourself, so you can stop fighting your own system and start working with it.
