I believe mental health support should be accessible for everyone, regardless of class or income. For this reason I use a sliding scale for my services. The sliding scale aims to address systemic inequalities by ensuring access to services is not solely dependent on income.

Please be mindful about choosing your tier. Being honest with yourself and your financial situation when engaging with sliding scale practices grows strong and sustainable communities. It also respects the work of practitioners, like myself, that have rent to pay and make a living.

My model is inspired by the Green Bottle Model from Worts + Cunning.

Individual sessions (60-75 min)

    • Who it’s for: You have economic privilege, own property, or have significant savings. You comfortably afford "wants" and do not worry about basic necessities.

    • The Impact: Choosing this tier is an act of community care; your contribution helps cover the costs for those who wouldn't otherwise be able to access this support.

    • Who it’s for: You are financially secure and can meet your needs and most wants without stress. You have a reliable income.

    • The Impact: Paying the full cost reflects a fair exchange for the time and energy we spend together, ensuring I can continue to dedicate myself to this work and our community.

    • Who it’s for: You have a steady income but may be paying off debt. You can meet basic needs (food/housing), but this investment requires a short-term trade-off in life's extras (e.g. dining out, new clothing, travel).

    • The Impact: This tier recognizes that while you may be making short-term sacrifices to be here, the investment you are making in your growth is one that will carry you forward and pay back in the long run.

    • Who it’s for: You have access to basic needs, but doing so is often a struggle. Paying a higher rate would jeopardize your ability to provide for your essentials.

    • The Impact: This tier is reserved for those who would otherwise be excluded from mental health support due to systemic barriers.
