1:1 Collaborative self-inquiry

A dedicated space for queer and neurodivergent folks to explore their internal landscape.

I warmly invite you to a space where no performance is needed and no masks are required. You might arrive here with a long history of therapy and self-reflection, or you may simply be at a point where daily life feels more like surviving and managing than being and experiencing. Either way, you are welcome here.

We are often experts in our own history and can have great insight, yet still not feel a shift in how we actually function. You might be able to explain your patterns intellectually, but still experience a repetition of overwhelm or a sense of being stuck. In our sessions, we move past just talking about your life. We focus on the complexity of your unique system and how it manages the world around you.

By moving beyond standard pathology, you can become both a compassionate witness and a leader for your own internal parts, processing the past and finding more agency in your present. As a non-binary, AuDHD practitioner, I work as a collaborative partner rather than a clinical authority. My approach is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and shaped by a deep understanding of neuro-queer experiences. We are not here to fix your identity or solve you as a problem. I’m here to help you get to know your own system on your own terms. Together, we’ll look for the paths to ease and regulation that actually respect your unique way of being.

Challenges We Can Navigate Together

Internal Regulation and Capacity
No more staying stuck in a cycle of survival, where you are constantly pushing through the rush of overwhelm or the heavy fog of shutdown. No more wondering why your body is reacting with panic or numbness even when you know you are safe. Instead, we’ll work toward a system that actually feels regulated in the present, helping you find the internal quiet and physical ease that allows your nervous system to truly rest.

Authenticity and Unmasking
No more the exhausting weight of performance, where you are constantly monitoring your every move and minimizing your needs to fit into a world that wasn't built for your wiring. No more waiting for a "fixed" version of yourself to arrive before you allow yourself to start living. Instead, we’ll create a foundation where your neurodivergent nature is respected, moving toward a way of existing that prioritizes your own internal comfort over external expectations.

Relational Security and Connection
No more the constant tug-of-war between the fear of being "too much" for others and the urge to withdraw to keep yourself safe. No more navigating connections with the anxiety that your system is a burden or that you aren't "enough" as you are. Instead, we’ll explore how to build relationships from a place of internal security, where you can express your needs with confidence and navigate intimacy with sustainable, clear boundaries.

Presence and Embodiment
No more feeling like a passenger in your own life, analyzing your actions from a distance while feeling disconnected from your own skin. No more just "observing" your experiences because being fully present feels too loud or unsafe. Instead, we’ll use a bottom-up approach to bridge the gap between your mind and your body, helping you move from purely intellectualising your life to actually experiencing it with a sense of agency and trust.

A Non-Pathologizing Approach

In this space, we move away from the idea that there is something "wrong" with you. Even if you feel stuck, your internal system is doing exactly what it was designed to do: help you survive.

My goal isn't to "fix" your symptoms, but to help you update your internal map. You already carry the wisdom and curiosity needed for change—my job is simply to help you tap into that strength. We work toward transforming shame and the feeling of being "too much" into a sense of unshakeable internal trust.

Moving Beyond Talk Therapy

Insight is a powerful start, but real change happens when your body feels safe enough to let go. Our sessions take a bottom-up approach, focusing on:

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS): Befriending the parts of you that are stuck in protective roles.

  • Somatics: Growing your capacity to be in your body - making a home of yourself.

  • Nervous System Attunement: Reconnecting with the wisdom of your nervous system.

Healing is a Political Act

We cannot talk about mental health without talking about the world we live in. As a non-binary, AuDHD practitioner, I am deeply aware of how capitalism, colonialism, and heteronormativity shape our wellbeing.

Many of the challenges you face aren’t just "personal failures", they are logical responses to oppressive systems. Our work honors your human experience by creating space to recognize and gently resist these forces, allowing you to reclaim your own narrative.

What is Internal Family Systems?

In this work, we move away from the idea that your mind is a single, static thing that needs to be controlled. Instead, we view your internal world as a system of "parts," each with its own perspectives, emotions, and roles. You might feel one part of you wanting to rest while another part pushes you to be productive, rather than a conflict to be "fixed," we see this as a system trying to protect you. At your core is a Self: a calm, compassionate, and wise center - that is inherently capable of leading and healing this system.

IFS in a nutshell:

  • All parts are valuable: Every part serves a purpose and has a good intention, even if its actions have negative consequences.

  • The Self is the leader: The Self is inherently capable of healing and guiding the system.

  • No bad parts: Instead of rejecting or fighting parts, IFS focuses on understanding and unburdening them.

  • Healing through compassion: When parts feel heard, understood, and safe, they naturally transform and release extreme roles.

  • Inner harmony is possible: Integration and cooperation among parts create inner peace, resilience, and authentic living.

What to expect from our work together

  • I offer a space where you are held in your wholeness, a place where you can take off your masks and stop performing. It is a dedicated space to just be.

  • We use a framework that sees your system as whole, viewing things like masking and overwhelm as logical protective mechanisms rather than flaws. This is a gentle space where we get to know how you function through curiosity and compassion, moving away from a focus on pathology and fixing.

  • Our work is an equal, collaborative partnership where I follow your lead. You don’t need to arrive "prepared" or with a specific goal; we start exactly where you are and allow the process to unfold at a pace that feels sustainable for you.

  • I provide guidance in discovering what your nervous system needs. We work to reconnect you to your body and identify what helps you feel regulated and safe.

  • You will find a real human in front of you. My lived experience is what allows me to resonate with your process and bring genuine empathy to our space. I am open to sharing my own tools and experiences to support your journey.
