Integrative coaching is for those who want to create meaningful change across all areas of their life—whether it's finding a sense of direction or purpose, feeling safer and more connected in the body, cultivating healthier relationships, improving communication, building confidence, or navigating transitions with greater clarity and resilience.
In our work together, I take a holistic approach, considering the whole person: body, mind, emotions, relationships, and spirit. I draw from a range of modalities that I’ve studied, practiced, and taught over the years, and we will collaboratively explore what feels most supportive for you in the present moment. Each person is unique, as are their life experiences. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach—or in a linear path to healing.
Rather than focusing solely on thoughts or insight, our sessions will often take a bottom-up approach—building awareness through the body. Unlike traditional talk therapy, this method helps us not only make meaning of experiences, but also develop the capacity to stay present in the body and process past experiences on a deeper, somatic level.
I invite you to go deeper within yourself—to meet all parts of you with curiosity and compassion, and to gently transform fear and shame into empowerment, authenticity, and grounded leadership.
This is for you if you:
✔ Desire a safe space to explore your feelings and patterns without judgment.
✔ Want more than just managing triggers—you want real, lasting healing.
✔ Long to feel safer and more grounded in your body and in the world around you.
✔ Want to feel like you’re in the driver’s seat of your own life, not just reacting to what happens.
✔ Want to stop pushing so hard and start receiving more ease and support.
✔ Crave feeling truly seen while learning to trust and validate yourself.
✔ Want to bring more connection and joy into your relationships, work, and everyday life.
✔ Want simple tools to navigate stress, overwhelm, or past wounds with more ease.
Modalities
My work blends various therapeutic approaches to offer a personalised experience that supports you on your individual path. Below are the main modalities I work with.
-
Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a therapeutic approach that views the mind as a system of interconnected parts, or "subpersonalities." These subpersonalities can be protective, exiled, or manager parts, each with their own unique roles and perspectives. IFS therapy helps individuals identify and heal these parts, promoting greater inner harmony and well-being.
-
Holistic life coaching is a comprehensive approach that addresses the whole person, considering their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. It helps clients identify and achieve their goals by addressing all aspects of their life.
-
Somatic Experiencing (SE) is a body-based psychotherapy approach that helps people heal from trauma by addressing the physical sensations and stored emotions associated with traumatic experiences. SE focuses on helping individuals release these stored tensions in a safe and controlled manner, leading to greater emotional regulation and overall well-being.
-
Mindfulness is the practice of paying attention to the present moment without judgment. It involves bringing awareness to your thoughts, feelings, and sensations in a non-reactive way.
-
Authentic relating is a form of communication and connection that emphasizes honesty, openness, and vulnerability. It involves being present with yourself and others, expressing your true thoughts and feelings, and listening actively to the experiences of others.
