1:1 Integrative Coaching

Each individual is unique and so are their life experiences. I don’t believe in a ‘one size fits all’ and I don’t believe in a linear healing process.

In my sessions I offer a mixture of different modalities that I have learned, researched and taught over the last years. Together we may find your desired direction and find out what you exactly need in this moment.

During sessions, we will use a ‘bottom-up’ approach, meaning we are extending our awareness to the body, rather than to only stay with what happens in the mind. This way we are able to go deeper than our thoughts, explore our feelings and make sense of our emotions. We may also find the capacity to process experiences from our past, therefore creating more expansion in our body.

My goal as your coach is to guide you towards Self-leadership, ultimately empowering you to become your own main-caregiver and coach.

Modalities

I am an integrative coach, which means I offer a synergy of diverse therapeutic modalities, creating a tailored frame work for each individual on their unique journey.

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a therapeutic approach that views the mind as a system of interconnected parts, or "subpersonalities." These subpersonalities can be protective, exiled, or manager parts, each with their own unique roles and perspectives. IFS therapy helps individuals identify and heal these parts, promoting greater inner harmony and well-being.

  • Holistic life coaching is a comprehensive approach that addresses the whole person, considering their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. It helps clients identify and achieve their goals by addressing all aspects of their life.

  • Somatic Experiencing (SE) is a body-based psychotherapy approach that helps people heal from trauma by addressing the physical sensations and stored emotions associated with traumatic experiences. SE focuses on helping individuals release these stored tensions in a safe and controlled manner, leading to greater emotional regulation and overall well-being.

  • Mindfulness is the practice of paying attention to the present moment without judgment. It involves bringing awareness to your thoughts, feelings, and sensations in a non-reactive way.

  • Authentic relating is a form of communication and connection that emphasizes honesty, openness, and vulnerability. It involves being present with yourself and others, expressing your true thoughts and feelings, and listening actively to the experiences of others.

  • 60-75 min session - €85

    12 week coaching package - €850

    I believe mental health support should be accessible for everyone, regardless of class or income. For this reason I offer discounts for people with a low income.

    I offer a free 30 minute session to get to know each other.

  • Sessions are held online via Zoom.

    The possibility to meet in person in Berlin is available on request.
