Soft Reflections - A Cozy Closing of the Year

The end of the year is sneaking up again—how does time move so fast? December can be a whirlwind. Some of us are planning festive outfits or hunting for gifts, while others are already feeling that familiar knot in the stomach about going home to family. Some feel grateful, some feel exhausted, some feel both at the same time.

Wherever you are and however you’re landing in this season, can you give yourself a little time to breathe?
This workshop is a chance to pause, a moment to slow down and reconnect with yourself - and you don’t have to do it alone. You’ll join a cozy, informal group of people doing the same—reflecting, sharing, and simply being together.

Together, we’ll look back on the past year—its highs, lows, surprises, lessons, and all the messy in-betweens. We’ll take a moment to honour what happened, acknowledge what was hard, celebrate what was good, and notice what we might be ready to put down. Then we’ll gently turn toward the year ahead: what you hope for, what could begin, and what you might need along the way.

Come as you are, and step into a warm, welcoming space where you can connect with others, share stories, and be seen. A soft, cozy moment to reflect, release, and start the new year together.

What to expect:

  1. Grounded arrival.

  2. Guided meditative journey.

  3. Self-inquiry through journaling.

  4. Shared dialogue in small groups & pairs.

  5. Warm closing.

Time & Location

We start at 19:00. Arriving 10 minutes earlier gives you some time to settle in.

Arriving late can always happen, but please note that arriving after 19:10 is not possible, since we turn off the doorbell.
Please come in time as an act of care for the group! 🙏

'Praxis Köpi'
Köpenicker Straße 175, 10997 Berlin
You’ll find the studio in the second backyard. (all the way in the back!) Take the outdoor metal stairs up to the blue front door of the building. The studio is located on the 5th floor. Unfortunately there is no elevator, so you’ll have to be able to walk up and down the stairs.

A safe(r) space:

Authenticity and Self-agency are the pillars of this space.
Everything I share is always optional, and I’ll guide my practices with care and gentleness. I am trauma-informed, and you’ll always have the choice to take part in whatever way feels right for you—or simply watch and rest if that’s what you need.

There will be no harsh sounds or bright lights, and a quiet retreat room is available to retreat. As someone who is neurodivergent and highly sensitive myself, I know how important comfort is. I’ve often felt that workshop spaces weren’t meant for me—that I was ‘too sensitive,’ that things were too crowded, too loud, or too fast. This is one of the big reasons why I created this space. So we can all feel (more) included.

Diversity & Values

Everyone is wholeheartedly embraced as they are! We value diversity and learning from each other. We are committed to recognizing and addressing biases, such as racism, sexism, ageism, ableism, homophobia, and transphobia.
Please note that this is a queer space.

If you have any specific needs, questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out. You can contact me via Telegram.

About your host

Hi, I’m Nadine/ Deane (they/them). I’m a Berlin-based Integrative Coach and Facilitator, deeply passionate about helping people de-pathologize their inner worlds and (re-)connect with their authenticity. My work centers on cultivating radical compassion and curiosity, guiding individuals out of survival mode and into spaces of genuine connection and growth.

As a neurodivergent and queer person who has faced PTSD, domestic abuse, and addiction, I’ve experienced firsthand the power of breaking taboos and transforming shame into strength. I blend vulnerability, humor, and a playful approach to tackle difficult topics, creating a supportive space for deep emotional engagement and transformative growth.
