The Inner Space - An IFS Practice Group

We all have an inner world made of thoughts, feelings, and impulses. Sometimes it shows up as overthinking, people-pleasing, or hiding what we really feel, and it’s easy to think something is “wrong” with us.

Internal Family Systems (IFS) offers a different view: these patterns aren’t flaws, but parts of us trying to help. When we approach them with curiosity instead of judgment, we open space for understanding, growth, and change.

The Inner Space is a monthly gathering where we use IFS to slow down, connect inward, and explore new ways of relating to ourselves. Each month we focus on a different theme—sometimes exploring a quality like compassion, sometimes learning a practical tool for inner dialogue, sometimes deepening understanding of how parts function.

Through guided meditation, reflective journaling, and optional sharing, you’ll have the chance to:

  • Explore your inner world in a supportive space.

  • Learn simple practices for meeting yourself with curiosity instead of judgment.

  • Discover new ways of relating to the patterns that shape your daily life.

  • Strengthen your connection with your grounded center.

This gathering is for anyone who wants to learn about their parts in community. You are welcome to join, wherever you are on your IFS journey. Are you completely new to IFS? I recommend watching this 7 minute video to get a basic understanding of the model.

About your host

Hi, I’m Nadine (they/them). I’m a Berlin-based Integrative Coach and Facilitator, deeply passionate about helping people de-pathologize their inner worlds and (re-)connect with their authenticity. My work centers on cultivating radical compassion and curiosity, guiding individuals out of survival mode and into spaces of genuine connection and growth.

As a neurodivergent and highly sensitive person who has faced PTSD, domestic abuse, and addiction, I’ve experienced firsthand the power of breaking taboos and transforming shame into strength. I blend vulnerability, humor, and a playful approach to tackle difficult topics, creating a supportive space for deep emotional engagement and transformative growth.
