Inside Out: Exploring Your Inner Family

  • Praxis Köpi 175 Köpenicker Straße Berlin, BE, 10997 Germany (map)

What if your inner critic wasn’t an enemy, but a fierce protector guarding something tender?
What if the part of you that feels anxious isn’t a flaw or weakness, but a vigilant protector trying to keep you safe?
What if the voice that says “you’re not enough” is carrying a story waiting to be heard?
What if you could meet your inner world with curiosity and compassion, rather than judgment or the need to fix anything?

In that space, your inner world can begin to shift — no longer a battlefield, but a chosen family: a community of parts, each with its own brilliance, finally seen, heard, and celebrated.

This workshop is an invitation to explore your inner system with tenderness and play, giving every part of you a seat at the table. Through gentle and playful exercises inspired by Internal Family Systems, authentic relating, and psychodrama, you will:

  • Gain a fresh perspective on habits and behavior.

  • Spend time, play, and interact with your own inner family.

  • Bring curiosity and compassion to your own experiences and those of others.

  • Practice witnessing and being witnessed.

  • Have fun while doing it — all in a cozy, informal setting with like-minded people.

What to expect:

  • A mix of solo and partner practices (no touch).

  • Exercises including meditation, movement, and dialogue.

  • A supportive, playful environment where you can explore safely and authentically.

A safe(r) space:

Authenticity and Self-agency are the pillars of this space.
Everything I offer is optional and the practices will be gently guided. I am trauma-informed and will always have an assistant to serve as extra support in the space. At any given moment you can decide if you want to partake in an exercise or just watch.

There will be no extreme loud sounds or bright lights and there are always opportunities to withdraw, either in the ‘chill out corner’ (including my favorite stuffed animal) or outside of the practice room.

You’ll find the studio in the second backyard. (all the way in the back!) Take the outdoor metal stairs up to the blue front door of the building. The studio is located on the 5th floor. Unfortunately there is no elevator, so you’ll have to be able to walk up and down the stairs.

About your host

Hi, I’m Nadine (they/them). I’m a Berlin-based Integrative Coach and Facilitator, deeply passionate about helping people de-pathologize their inner worlds and (re-)connect with their authenticity. My work centers on cultivating radical compassion and curiosity, guiding individuals out of survival mode and into spaces of genuine connection and growth.

As a neurodivergent and highly sensitive person who has faced PTSD, domestic abuse, and addiction, I’ve experienced firsthand the power of breaking taboos and transforming shame into strength. I blend vulnerability, humor, and a playful approach to tackle difficult topics, creating a supportive space for deep emotional engagement and transformative growth.
